l can fill in some of the blanks.Stanley Dibbons was a passenger for Eric Oliver, When they won the sidecar title in 1953.Oliver won the title two other times in 1949 & 1950.

This is the first time that l see a sidecar passenger getting reconition.Thankyou Brian for forwarding this story.
