[emrat:3027] Saturday's Benefit Ride for Doug Perkins

OK, here’s the plan for the Saturday ride, subject to amendments, consensus, etc., by those who show up.  Departure at 9 a.m.

 

We’ll ride up to Evergreen and on to Bergen Park.  Brain Weberg reports that the Squaw Pass road construction has finally been completed, so we can ride that, assuming that the temperature is not so low as to raise the specter of ice at high elevation that early in the morning.  If there’s time, we can stop for coffee and restroom in Idaho Spring.  Then back east on I-70 with the exit to US 6 and down Clear Creek to Golden.

 

This plan is subject to change, depending on the weather system that will hit Colorado Thursday-Friday.

 

Lunch will be at the Buffalo Rose Saloon in Golden, and I’ll try to get a table reservation for us for 12 Noon.  If you can’t make the ride, but can join us for lunch, please do so.
