24 Hours to Give Where You Live

Support Cold Weather Care on Colorado Gives Day! On Tuesday, December 4, 2012,Coloradans will come

together again to raise millions of dollars for community programs like ours. Last year, a remarkable

$12.8 million was distributed to Colorado nonprofits. Cold Weather Care's goal is to raise $25,000 to

support this life-saving program!

Presented by Community First Foundation and FirstBank, Colorado Gives Day asks you to give to your

favorite charities through the website GivingFirst.org, an online giving resource featuring every nonprofit

participating in Colorado Gives Day. On this website we share our goals, accomplishments and much

more.

100 percent of your donation will support Cold Weather Care. Donate online at Cold Weather Care now

(through our fiscal sponsor LIFE) and schedule the donation for Colorado Gives Day or give any time

during the 24 hour period of December 4 – either way, the value of your donation will be increased by the

FirstBank Incentive Fund.  Give where you live!

[The Network] Re: FW: posting an employment position to the network-did I do this correctly?

Kristen, I'm sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you, but our board and training committee meetings were this afternoon and I just got back to the computer. Here's all you have to do.

From your brunettilofts@voacolorado.org email account, send the announcement to cmqs@googlegroups.com. It will be posted to the list.

[emrat:1961] 27th Annual Toy Run

Everyone,

The 27th Annual Toy Run to Children's Hospital is on December 2nd this year. Yes, this coming weekend.  The cost of the registration is simply a new unwrapped toy! However to be eligible you must register and all participants must be registered prior to entering the Aurora Sports Park. You can pre-register at any of the Denver area Harley Davidson dealers (Rocky Mountain H-D, Mile High H-D, Sun H-D, Freedom H-D). See link below for more details.

http://www.rockymountainhd.com/event_list_detail.asp?ecode=579940&month=12&year=2012&location=0&Submit=Search

The plan for the RAT club is:

    •    Meet for breakfast around 8:00am at the Flying J Truck Stop @ 16751 E. 32nd Ave, Aurora CO 80011 (I-70 exit number 285)

    •    Ride as a group over to the staging area: "the Aurora Sports Park" @ 18601 E Sports Park Dr Aurora, CO 80011 around 9:30am

    •    Answer questions from 10,000 Harley riders about Triumph Motorcycles!

    •    Depart the Staging area @ 11:00am headed for Children's Hospital

Hope to see you there!

Hi guys…

We have traditionally tried to have an "end-of-year/holiday party" during our regular December RAT meeting – and this year is no different J

On Tuesday December 4th at the usual place: :  "The Rackhouse Pub" 208 South Kalamath Street Denver, CO 80223-1813 we will be having a little party to celebrate another fine RAT year.  The meeting will be at the regular time: 7:00pm  but the festivities will start at 6:00pm with free pizza's, sandwiches & beer.

However I do need to get an estimate on the number of people who plan on attending – so if you would be so kind as to reply either to the "group" at: emrat@googlegroups.com or directly to me at: tim.green1@comcast.net I'll keep track of the count so we can order the appropriate portions.

Thanks,
