Subject: [Everyone] Family Support Services Intake Process {01}

Over the last few months, Family Support Services has evaluated our process for emergency services and how families are added to our waitlist for two-year transitional housing. After trying a variety of new systems, we hope we have developed a process that works well for families and the community. Below is an outline of our process and attached is our flyer.

 

Beginning February 1st, families can call 303-312-9700 every Monday from 11am - 1pm to schedule an appointment for that week. During their appointment, families will meet with a case manager, receive relevant resources and referrals and be placed in a lottery for our two-year transitional housing wait list. The lottery will be drawn at the end of every month for those families seen during that month. Families not added to the wait list should call the number above again to be re-added to the lottery for the following month.
