E-Steve and I are putting the finishing touches on the Rally.  The shirts have been ordered and will be done early next week.

We are putting together the final budget and will send that out ASAP.

Friday night will be pizza, beer and soft drinks as usual, included in the rally fee.

HERE is the RSVP PART- Critical:

The Saturday night dinner will be at Ma Famiglia Italian Restaurant.  (Menu attached here below.)

We have the deck tables reserved for our group for 6:00 PM, cocktails, dinner to follow.

This is a small but great restaurant.  To assist them in making sure they have sufficient supplies to satisfy our group  I need you to review the menu

and respond to me by 2:00 PM this Saturday (July 10th) with your entree selection.  This will allow them to order the supplies necessary to serve us.

We don't care about drinks, salads, appetizers etc. only the entree.

Prime rib is a specialty and to be sure three is enough, also let me know how you like it, rare, medium rare etc.  Don't need that for steak, just let me know you want a steak.

They will take actual orders as we arrive that Saturday (& separare tickets) but this pre-event survey is critical to allow sufficient supplies to be acquired in advance from their Grand Junction supplier to be sure we get what we desire.  THANK YOU for your prompt response

PS to Chris or other vegetarians, don't need your selection as they will have that covered.  But, an RSVP you are coming and want vegetarian will help.
