Re: [emrat:8847] Another road rage against bikers. And bikers without self-control. (Chicago)

Kill Da Streetz it was called here in Denver.  They road through Denver "in order to raise awareness of motorcyclists on the road," they claimed.

Of course the type of "awareness" you raise by riding down I-25, doing wheelies, donuts and other stunts, while blocking traffic and stranding hundreds of drivers, isn't the positive type of "awareness" that I would like to see associated with motorcycling.

How about those d-bags last week on I25 here near DU?  I rode to work a few days after that and felt like a target.  Those types of rides create such an awful image of ALL bikers.  I know we all get frustrated sometimes about texting drivers and those distracted for other reasons.  Absolutely no reason to stop traffic on an interstate and start ripping wheelies and burn-outs.  That pack mentality (apologies to our own "RAT Pack!) has got to stop.
