- I didn't say "extensive remodel." I would say more in line with visiting the Wizard of Oz. It looks pretty good, just don't look behind the curtain. Fresh flooring and paint and redoing the bathroom makes it look good but if you didn't replace the rotten floor boards, well you get the idea. The room did look pretty good, just some issues they painted over instead of fixing.
