I see I can go into Leadville, take turquoise lake road, over Hagerman pass, then 105 into Glenwood. I know Hagerman is dirt, but how bad is it for a car? Cheers!Manuel--

Re: [emrat:12937] route question
Another option you can look at is head to Edwards and take Capital Street of Rt. 6 to Brush Creek Rd (FSR400. Heat past Sylvan Lake and it will eventually become Eagle-Thomasville Rd. (Alternately you can go over Crooked Creek Pass Rd to Powerline Rd.). Eagle-Thomasville Rd. will eventually turn back into Brush Creek Rd. and then kind of name shares until it hits Frying Pan Road. Take Frying Pan Rd. (4) past Reudi Reservoir until you hit Basalt.
