Yeah it would.  Especially with the additional of Revzilla and Revit to the area.  But I hate that trip that trip to Walnut Street and avoid it as much as possible

A friend of mine told me he went by Motorado yesterday and the building is cleaned out with a "for lease" sign. Can anyone corroborate this? Nothing on their website; I'm wondering if my friend was just at the wrong place.
