I just checked with the hotel, White River Inn in Meeker. Only 11 of our 20 rooms have been booked. The hold will expire May 15.
If you are even thinking of going, reserve a room, they are cancelable before July 15.
We have a group rate not available on booking sites.

We will reserve tables at an Italian steakhouse for Saturday night.
