I have made a reservation today for us for 8 pm Saturday night in Saratoga WY at Bellas Bistro. Given that I called only three days in advance, this is the only time that they have open for a group of our size (7).
On Trip Advisor, it has a 4.8 rating out of 5.0 with 296 reviews and is rated the top restaurant in town. It is right across the street from our motel.
In 2009, we had dinner at the Hotel Wolf, but it has mixed reviews on Trip Advisor now.
I'm sure we can find someplace for our "Happy Hour," such as the Hotel Wolf, Lazy River Cantina, Snowy Mountain Brewery and Pub, Rustic Bar (where a drunk cowboy oggled Warfield in hs sexy Black Watch kilt in 2009). You can check out the various establishments on Google Maps. There is also Saratoga Hobo Hot Springs and the Hot Springs Resort.
I guess Italian is our dinner theme this year . . . since we had dinner in Meeker at an Italian restaurant also.
