[The Network] Does anyone know a resource to help pay an old Housing Authority debt

I have a client who owes Omaha Housing Authority $1,500. She was just notified that she could receive a DHA occupancy spot if she pays Omaha Housing their money by 10/23. She is currently on TANF (which she didn't get this month due to lacking a piece of information from a former employer). She does not have outside resources. 

 

We checked with General Assistance at  DDHS, Friends of  Man, and Metro caring, none of them will pay back debt. Salvation Army doesn't have money right now. Does anyone know of any other possible resources to access?
