[emrat:1990] Re: Logo Design Contest

Hi Norm,

Here is the image scanned. Of course it's not to scale but the concept is there. As mentioned, not being the best artist, my vision is the Rats skin should be torn so the skull or skeleton is partially exposed, hence the cross bones of the pistons, but it could also not be so graphic if that is too much for the group, and stay as is. Tim mentioned that Erico should still be involved, so the TRAC (Triumph Riders Association Colorado) could also be Erico Motorsports TRAC. Or TRAC can be eighty sixed  altogether.

Thanks, Cheers!

To all ERICO RAT Pack members:

At last night's meeting I circulated a print from the Portland RAT Pack web site.   www.rat-pack.com is their web site.  Check out their logo.

We discussed  coming up with our own logo design which we could then convert to a down-loadable clip-art to use on a tee-shirt, jacket patch or other similar use.

Submit designs to Tim Green by December 21st and he will circulate them prior to our January meeting when we will vote on the winner.  The suggested designs themselves can be a rough sketch and would not have to be picture perfect.  We can solicit graphic-arts help to convert the winning design into a usable final form later.

The first Tuesday in January is New Year's Day so we will discuss later what day to move the meeting to.  The current choices seem to be January 3rd, a Thursday, or move to the next week, Tuesday January 8th.  If you have a preference, let Tim know so he can schedule the room.
