INC Zoning and Planning Committee members should review the attached proposed revision of the Liquor and Cabaret License Policies and Procedures and encourage your RNO boards to do the same and to make any comments at the public administrative hearing on May 9 at 9:00am. The ZAP committee will also take a position on these at our next meeting on April 27.

In 2012, the Department of Excise and Licenses convened an external committee to review and revise our Policies and Procedures pertaining to Liquor, 3.2 Beer and Cabaret Licenses.  The Committee's final draft is attached above.  We would like to invite you to a public hearing for input and comments on these draft Policies.  Below is the information for the public hearing:
