[CPN] Mark your calendars for these family friendly events at EarthLinks!

Family Friendly Bug Bonanza, April 13th at EarthLinks!
Bring the whole family down to EarthLinks (2828 Larimer Street) for a very special double-workshop edition of Community Links on April 13th! Running 10am to Noon, the first workshop on Natural Backyard Beekeeping will be led by local expert Judith Moran. Participants will learn honeybee basics, explore 3 styles of hives, and take part in our ever-popular Local Honey Taste Test. After a delicious free lunch from The Garden restaurant at Noon, we'll gather for a second workshop on Native Pollinators from 1 to 2pm. For this workshop, horticulturist Amy Yarger and entomologist Amber Partridge from the Butterfly Pavilion will teach about pollinators with their gang of LIVE BUGS! A $5-20 suggested donation is requested for workshops attendance. To learn more call Cody at 303-389-0085.

Mark your calendars: Mother's Day Plant & Garden Sale at EarthLinks
Join us for our first ever Plant and Garden Sale on Saturday, May 11th from 10am to 2pm at EarthLinks! We'll have organically-grown flowers, veggies, herbs, and other plants for your or your mother's garden, grown by participants and volunteers of the EarthLinks Workshop Program. We'll also help you learn the basics of hardening off and transplanting your new seedlings into the garden with short Transplanting Workshops every hour. For details contact Cody at 303-389-0085.
