AGENDA:
1. Discussion with Tina Axelrad of Community Planning and Development about upcoming text amendment to Zoning Code, which will contain numerous proposed changes. We need to understand all of these changes.
2. Discussion with Caryn Champine of Community Planning and Development about various planning efforts around the city for Transit Oriented Development.
3. Discussion with Douglas Smith, Director of Housing for the Office of Economic Development about development of new Housing Plan for the city.
4. Update on latest draft of Policies and Procedures of the Excise and Licenses Department regarding liquor and cabaret licenses. There will be an administrative hearing in the next several weeks (of which all neighborhood groups will receive notice). We need to be prepared to ask our groups to take positions.
5. Any other business.

The committee usually meets on the fourth Saturday of each month. The next meeting will be on April 27, 2013. Please calendar ahead.
Mission Statement for INC Zoning and Planning Committee
The mission of the INC Zoning and Planning Committee is to learn about zoning, planning, licensing and urban design issues and processes in Denver, including sidewalks and tree lawns; to assist neighborhood groups in dealing with such matters; and to provide advocacy, recommendations and comments to city government, with emphasis on the need for and importance of involvement of neighbors and neighborhood organizations in city issues.
