    The Center on Domestic Violence is excited to announce its fall 2013
    Community Education Series "A Cold Case Domestic Homicide Study: People
    vs. George Ruibal." The workshop will take place on Tuesday, August 6th.
    Distinguished guests from the 20th Judicial District Attorney's Office,
    the Colorado Department of Public Safety, the Colorado Bureau of
    Investigation, victim advocates and co-survivors will explore challenges and
    strategies for success in the investigation and prosecution of domestic
    violence homicides that have gone unresolved. This workshop is co-sponsored
    by Families of Homicide Victims and Missing Persons (FOHVAMP) and designed
    to address the interest and needs of prosecutors, police, offender treatment
    providers, domestic violence advocates, policy makers, co-victims and victim
    assistance providers.

    Hello:
     
    We are pleased to announce that training costs per participant for the Forklift Certification ($100), and Flagger Certification ($75) will remain the same for 2013! We are proud to report that we have not raised our costs to the general public, employers, or agencies we work with in our 10 years providing training.
     
    The training dates for July2013 are as follows:
     
     
    ***Saturday July 20th, 2013 (1-day format) beginning at 9am:  Forklift Safety and Operation Certification Training. 
     Please note that the Forklift Training will be a "1 day" training format this month beginning on Saturday 7/20, 9am.
     
    ***Saturday July27th, 2013 (9am - 1pm):  Flagger (Certified Traffic Control Specialist). Now is the time to obtain the Flagger Certification. 
     Street repair, and highway construction projects will continue now that summer is here.
     
    NOTE: Forklift Training will be held at :
    Graham Memorial Church:  5001 E. Thrill Place, Denver CO  80207.
     
    NOTE:  "Flagger" training will be held at:
    Northeast Church of Christ:  5490 Crown Blvd, Denver CO  80239.
     
    Full details (directions, referral process, flyers etc...) are attached.  Please call the number below with any additional questions.
