[The Network] Discounted TEDxMileHigh Tickets End TODAY + Initial Lineup for TEDxMileHigh 2013

Friends of TEDxMileHigh - I hope you’re well!  I want to flag today’s deadline for Discounted TEDxMileHigh Tickets (if you are planning to come, this is a nice way to save a few bucks and lock in tickets before we sell out).  Thank you in advance for spreading the word to your communities.  Also, we announced our first six speakers – a political philosopher, a JD-educated hip hop artist, a filmmaker, an impact entrepreneur, and a public servant (see below for more details).  We will be announcing more speakers in the coming two weeks - I hope to see you at the event on June 15^th.  Thank you for your continued support of TEDxMileHigh!

The time has come!    We have received hundreds of nominations from the TEDxMileHigh community and have been searching high and low for talent and big ideas from across the state. Now, the moment has arrived to announce the initial lineup of presenters for TEDxMileHigh: Values + Instincts. More announcements in the days to come!   This year's announced presenters include: Top government official rated as the third most powerful woman by the Denver Post in 2012 and a “Women of Power” by the Colorado Women’s Chamber for 2013 Philosopher known for his wit and candor in the political realm JD-educated hip-hop artist who speaks to youth about owning their future An impact entrepreneur working to break the cycle of poverty and unemployment for women A culturist who puts the 'pop' in pop art.    Read on...   We've extended the discount ticket  deadline to Friday, May 3 at 11:59pm.    Have you gotten your tickets yet?     We're looking for innovative exhibitors for the TEDxMileHigh Exhibits Lounge.    Read on...      TEDxMileHigh speaker Woody Roseland has now beaten cancer 7 times.  And, he just got news of clear scans!    He's headed to Texas this summer to intern at Livestrong.
