Staff Therapist Position:
Pennock Center for Counseling is seeking a full time Master’s level psychotherapist, with license preferred, to join our team of professionals in providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families and groups; and to contribute to the ongoing development of our nonprofit programs. We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic individual who wants to make a difference and enjoys working with a team to enhance the organization through direct clinical work, program development, community engagement and assistance with organizational fundraising efforts. Opportunities to receive and/or provide clinical supervision and continuing education are provided. Pennock Center for Counseling is a non-profit mental health agency serving the northeastern Denver metro area. Applicants can email a cover letter and resume to jody@pennockcounseling.org using the email subject as “Staff Therapist.” No phone calls please.
Applicants under consideration will have the following:
- A minimum of a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, specializing in social work, psychology, counseling or a related field.
- Current licensure preferred and issued by the State of Colorado (LCSW, LPC or LMFT).
- Successful criminal background clearance is required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
