Public Notice

At its regular meeting on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, the Government and Finance Committee will hold a public comment session concerning a contract with Denver Public Schools to exchange two parcels of land at 1330 Fox Street and at the intersection of East Girard Street and South Havana Street.

The "parcel of land" at East Girard and South Havana is the nine acres of irreplaceable Hentzell Park Natural Area, along with a 2.5 acre parking lot. 

Those wishing to speak may sign up between 10:00 – 10:15 a.m. in Room 391 (3^rd floor of the City & County Building, located at 1437 Bannock Street, Denver).
