I don't know about being "the king" but I can assure you that being able to enjoy a nice day of riding without a work conflict is pretty cool. The traffic was almost nonexistent outside of Denver and Estes Park, and the roads were in great shape with very little sand anywhere. I couldn't have asked for more. 

The only downside to all of this is that I had to get old first!

I'm riding the Peak-to-Peak highway and saw 2 Garfield Co sheriffs on patrol. You might want to be wary of any Dodge Ram pickups you see up here because that's what they're driving now, both white and black units. Sneaky bastards...
