I don't have any specific launch time but if anyone wants to consider meeting at 11:00 AM at the Conoco just south of C-470 and Santa Fe and ride down to Sedalia and Hwy 105 to Palmer I good with that...I would like to be back in town around 3'ish to catch some of the Bronco game.

Hey Martin, goo luck! I don't know if you noticed, but Erica is not going to be at the meeting on Tuesday. We're not quite ready to add another bike quite yet anyway.

In related news, it looks like BMW has a 2004 Rockster with 14k miles. Nice looking bike.

The good news is, now I'm shopping for a bike! So if any of you out there in your BMW groups know of anyone who has a good condition R1100R or R1150R (to include the Rockster) that they're interested in selling, let them know you know someone who's interested in buying.

There is an older guy in our group that was selling his bike. He was diagnosed with Parkinson's and his riding is done. I am not sure if he sold it, or what the details were if not. I will make an inquiry this weekend for you.

The guest speaker will be Todd Wallis. Todd participated in this year's "Moto Giro D'Italia" a classic motorcycle road race in Italy spanning 1000 miles and 6 days. Todd will be showing a slide-show and discussing various aspects of the race.

So we can get an accurate headcount for the Beer & appetizers please respond to this notice or directly to me if you will be able to attend…

All in all, a well rounded view of the enjoyment of motorcycling, though I would have liked to have seen the hyper sports bike faction of women addressed, as opposed to the slight bias and endorsement of the cruiser (read harley) crowd. Interesting that crashing and safety gear were addressed only in the "other" disciplines. Would like to see her follow it up with a program about women in racing. Wayne E.
