Sounds like you have it covered, but I would mention that in the past I've solved this problem with long-term parking at a regional airport. Pretty much no one is going to mess with trucks parked near the exit gate, and a quick chat with the guard should make them aware. Cheap, secure, and works whether you know anyone wherever you want to unload your trailer.
