The Cop had a much more powerful bike, and was second in line for the possible wreck, when the "perp" crashed.
The cop had his license on camera - wonder why he put everyone in danger, when they could have went to his home and picked him up at their leisure ??
Wonder if the "GUY" was ever heard from again after going to jail ??
