I've ridden the loop they're doing on 3 occasions, once counter clockwise, and it's one of the great ones. It's a good full days ride, with enough corners to keep you well entertained. The traffic hasn't been an issue, but it's a popular ride for bikes on the weekend. I highly recommend it, but it's a good 700 miles to the starting point from Denver so make it part of a nice vacation if you can.

Ran 191 north to south two up back in 2011. Great technical twisty stuff, though at that time the pavement was occassionaly lumpy, like Independence on the east side. We went during the week with very limited traffic (good pace freedom) so you might consider that before joining the organized ride. BB
