For those who are interested, the total cost was under $400 not counting the tires (which I needed anyway.) Both wheels were found on EBay and the only other thing I had to buy was a set of 4 low profile panhead bolts to replace the big hex bolts that hold the fender in. I did that because I was putting a 10mm wider tire on the 18" wheel (a 110/90/18 in place of the stock 100/90/19) and I wasn't sure if the tire would clear the bolt heads.
