OK, Norm, I watched it. First, do you view this as an instructional video from Bavaria to up your road-riding skills this year?
It seems to me that this guy has some unique qualifications.
He is obviously a highly skilled rider. But, I deduce that he also is young, single and has no children, plus his will is up-to-date, his affairs are in order, and he has stipulated that he is an organ donor. Plus he has already written his obituary.
Among his singular skills:
- Passing on the double yellow line between an on-coming car and the car he is following.
- Passing on the right.
- Passing a motorcyclist in the same lane.
- Minimizing the gap to pass a vehicle when a vehicle is coming towards him.
- Assuming that no cars in a string of cars that he is following will make a left turn (oops, surprise, one did!).
- Cruising at 260 kmph and using all three lanes of the autobahn as his personal racetrack.
- Assuming that no vehicle driver will take umbrage at his riding and suddenly block him or force him to the side.
- Assuming that no cop will see him and take chase.
- Believing that he's riding the Isle of Mann TT when he is actually on a public road in Germany.
Here's a title for the video:
Death Wish on Two Wheels
Otherwise, enjoy your Holiday Weekend, and stay safe. :-)

On a cold snowy, locked in day, grab a yard stick, sign into your computer and ride along on this great video demonstrating what 160 HP on a 430 bike can do! Happy Easter and Passover all!
