Colorado Visions is a NAMI, 6 week class for parents and caregivers of children and adolescents.  Participants will learn self care, brain biology, communication skills, choosing your battles, and how to step up and speak out!

This program will begin November 11 from 10:00AM-noon

The location will be at Aurora Mental Health Center at 11059 E Bethany Dr  Aurora, CO  80014
