David, they have four "adult" bikes available, and they are Honda CRF 230s, I believe.
TK and I rode our dual-sports (BMW 800 GS and Kawasaki 650 KLR, respectively) and we both took a tumble. I would have preferred to have taken a tumble on a Honda CRF 230. But both TK and I wanted to take the class with our own bikes. And that was a good experience for both of us, the tumbles notwithstanding!

I just checked out their website and its $175 with your own bike or $200 with a loaner and classes are 4.5 - 6 hours.
Sounds like a decent deal for me to test the waters seeing as I have never ridden off road before. I will contact them.

Kathy and Michael at United Dirtbike School are going to run a class on Sunday, September 27th.
They have been contacted by a fellow who has a lot of road experience, but he is taking a 2,500 mile trip in October on a BMW GS. He wants to take their class before he departs on his trip.
If you are interested, contact Kathy directly:

If you are strictly a paved road rider and do not have experience going off-pavement, then their course will lower your anxiety when you encounter a construction zone or wish to take a short-cut on a gravel/dirt road.
Plus, the course is a lot of fun! Their home and course is located about 15 miles north of Strasburg and several miles east.
Stay safe,
Dan
