This is totally impromptu, but I'm going to hold an "open house" Saturday at 5-6 p.m.
English Steve, last night at the Erico bash to unveil the new Triumphs, asked about coming over to see the bikes that I have in the garage.
Sure. Madie has gone to Chicago for the weekend. When the Cat's away, the Mice can play . . . and I can move her car to the street and take the covers off the bikes and move them around:
· 1976 Bonneville (which English Steve and Tracey McDonough once owned at different times)
· 1998 Trident 900
· 1999 Daytona 1200 Special Edition
· 2003 Daytona 955
· 2007 Speed Triple
· 2008 Sprint ST
So, if anyone wants to come join Steve and me, please let me know. Beer, wine and snacks will be available.
Then we are going to go over to the Lowry Beer Garden (between the two big hangars and next to the B-52) for burgers/brats.
There also are six other restaurants in Lowry, so check Yelp or some other source of restaurants. Three are next to the west hangar.
Just let me know if you are coming to I can have adequate provisions on hand:
