We talked about this Tuesday night at the EMRAT meeting. Denise and I will be riding down to Colorado Springs for the monthly meeting of the British Motorcycle Association of Colorado (BMAC).
If you want to ride along, lets meet in the parking lot of the Valero station in Franktown around 8:20 am and try to be wheels up by 8:30. Below you will find the address which is on HWY 83 just north of the junction of HWY 83 and 86. By the way, at one time it was a Shell.

Saturday is going to be a big day for the BMAC. They are meeting (one time only this year) at Pikes Peak Motorsports in Colorado Springs at 10 am. PPMS is located here http://www.pikespeakmotorsports.org/ for directions.
They will have a short meeting which includes a presentation from Roger of Taint Paint on powder coating your project.
They are having an informal show and shine and will park together to show the world what some really nice bikes look like.
Immediately following the meeting (estimated 11:30 am) they are having a "Skills Competition" on some observed trials sections of the parking lot.
