About the Presenters:

Joanne Cohen, M.A., CBIS, Managing Partner, CTAT,LLC, and Senior Organizational Consultant. Joanne, co-founder, CTAT, LLC, has 35 years of experience in coaching, consulting, organizational development, facilitation and training, with 12 years internally directing and managing teams.

Gayann Brandenburg, M.S., Managing Partner, CTAT, LLC, and Senior Organizational Consultant. Gayann has worked in training for human service professionals for 23 years, and led, managed and coached teams for 34 years prior to co-founding CTAT, LLC.

Debra Whitehead, B.S., Senior Associate, CTAT, LLC, and Senior Trainer/Consultant. Debra brings more than 25 years of experience in advancing organizational and team performance by implementing innovative techniques in training and strategic organizational consulting.
