Dave I think the fix might be a new Rocket ...I just had mine re-adjusted again, damn thing sang most of the way back from Montrose.
If you can keep it quiet between tire replacements that's probably about as good as it gets. I've had the best luck with this particular issue with the Techs at Foothill.
