E-Steve:
As far as I know, Black Hills Rally is a go but who knows. SD is an idiot state that did not close much so they will likely hold it open. I've not made reservations but had originally planned to go at the end this year, August 13-17. However, my conflict for the beginning period, August 8-12, has now cleared. Personally, I'm leaning to not going. If anything, I might suggest a small group trip for a few days in July and camping if there are open camp grounds in the Black Hills area or share motel rooms in Hill City.
Thoughts anyone?
