Is it too early to start discussing routes and convoys? I was out there in May and at the time the north rim road of Gunnison made a workable alternate, but that was before 70 started closing for mud slides. I'm planning to go out Friday and return Monday, which means I need to solve for it in both directions ... thoughts?
-- Other than north rim, Cottonwood to Crested Butte and then that dirt pass (Kebler?) over to the Paonia reservoir might be fun ... any other thoughts?
