Correct, Norm. As best I can determine from perusing various forums, including Triumph.net, only 805 Daytona Super IIIs were produced from 1994 through 1996. Only 179 were imported into the U.S.
So, to see one on eBay/Craig's Lust/Cycle Trader is very rare. Thus, I thought I could safely navigate 2016 and avoid temptation and adhere to my Resolution.
Alas, it was not to be . . .
