Is your organization or business looking for a new home? Or the opportunity to be part of community building and activation in Overland Park neighborhood? Do you have creative ideas for how commercial space can be used to help drawn in the community?
Denver Shared Spaces is working with Medici Communities to find nonprofit organizations or small businesses to locate in the new Evans Stations Lofts. The developer (Medici) would like to partner with passionate, community-minded organizations and businesses to help activate the commercial space on the first floor of this affordable housing development. This RFQ will be used to identify organizations and businesses who want to locate in this space and work to activate the community both inside and outside this new housing development.
