Access Housing has some Homeless Prevention Available for Adams County residents. Please do not reply directly to this email, but direct questions to Cindy Keller at 303-289-7078 ext. 305.
o Rental Assistance for Adams County Only
o This funding is for prevention for households who are currently housed and at risk of losing their housing (it is not for those that are homeless).
o The available funding is for rental assistance only. – NO MORTGAGES. Applicants must have a three day demand.
o Apartment or house must meet FMR standards and pass a HQS inspection.
