I found this shining example of respect for the dangers of motorcycling on the web. It appears as though riding his bike is in the top 5 of his priorities but not necessarily the first on his list.
If you look closely you'll notice that he has a armored jacket and a helmet, he's just chosen not to wear them since it's apparently shorts and sandals weather. I guess they call that POTGSOTT (Part Of The Gear Some Of The Time).
At least he's not too close to the shoulder.
