We are leaving for Omaha on Saturday, so I won't be at the July EMRAT meeting, and you won't get to outdrink me and have your wife beat me up!  I am not going to attend the Montrose rally this year, as we will have our grandchildren in town that weekend.  Maybe sometime I will show up at your pad in Montrose and crash for the weekend, man!  EWB

As many of you are aware, Annette and I have been working to sell our house and move to Montrose this summer. Well I’m happy to announce that we have our house under contract. The closing is on July 31, with the buyer taking possession the same day. 

Since we’re not going to be in the Denver area in August, it appears that the July meeting will be our last for the foreseeable future. We have booked a room for the Montrose rally but aren’t sure if we can attend yet. 

Annette and I would like to see as many of you as can attend the July 3 meeting and have a beer and laugh or two. We’re going to miss you all when we move but you can expect us to show up for a meeting or two in the future.
