"Principled negotiation is a half day workshop for individuals that want to reach mutually agreed upon terms and solutions without damaging their relationship with the other person. The workshop focuses on techniques to create a shared power dynamic even during difficult conversations.       

The participants will  learn:

· How to  create a shared power environment.

· How to reach mutual agreement

· How to nurture and maintain respect during difficult conversations.
