Mi Casa Resource Center is recruiting for a Program Assistant.  A summary of the position is below and the job description is attached.  Interested candidates should send a cover letter and resume to jobs@MiCasaResourceCenter.org by July 26 th, 2013.  Interviews may take place as resumes from qualified candidates are received.  Please forward this e-mail to any person who may be interested in this position.
·         The Program Assistant is responsible for assisting with the implementation of out-of-school time (afterschool and summer) programs at Mi Casa’s Neighborhood Center at the Lake Middle School Campus, primarily through administrative support functions.  The Mi Casa’s Neighborhood Center is designed to provide youth with needed community services and to transform public schools into neighborhood centers of opportunity, service, and safety for entire families. The program focuses on the core areas of Academic Enrichment, Arts and Culture, Recreation, Technology, and Leadership, Career Exploration, and Entrepreneurship. The primary responsibilities of this position include data collection, data entry, phone reception, and other administrative support functions.
