E-Steve; Rich Hansen has an '08(?) BMW 650 X-Country. I know this is a totally different bike/motor, however it is taller than the F650 series. I don't know if he is interested in selling it, and he is out of the country for the next couple of weeks. He should be back in time for the May EMRAT mtg. If you like, I can contact him and ask him if he is thinking about selling it. Chinese F1 GP on tonite at 1 AM, MSNBC/73 on Comcast. Wayne E.

Have you sat on one? What I can tell you from Sara's and Katie's, is that I find them *very* short. You are a lot taller than I am.
Mostly they are bullet proof though, with one exception, the water pumps and cooling fans tend to go on them.
The tail light assembly tends to shake itself loose, but that's more of an annoyance than a problem.
Headlights are week, tail light dim, but Sara added auxiliary lights and an LED tail light.
She actually really likes the Shinko 705's.
