Billy turns 65 today, and is one of our best MC enthusiasts in the celebrity world. Probably only eclipsed by Jay Leno, though Billy is into Cafe Racers more so. If you ever visit the New York City are, make sure you visit his personal museum 20th Century Cycles, located in Oyster Bay.
