That was exactly what it was. We ended up having it towed back to Denver. Once you get outside of the included towing range, the cost between having it towed to Grand Junction and Denver, factoring in a round trip to Grand Junction to retrieve it, was about a wash.

I just wanted to point out that the towing is a nice bonus, as you stated, but that if you travel outside of metro city areas, it is worth considering a roadside assistance option with a longer towing range. It cost us several hundreds of dollars to have Sara's bike towed out of Durango last year. About 4 years of AAA worth hahaha.
