Very funny. No, it is an electronic gizmo made by Hexcode. It's about the size of a Bic lighter and plugs into the bikes diagnostic port and then wifis to Android or Windows phones and allows your phone ap to diagnose electronic, abs, ignition and engine faults and codes .
