WorkLife has our new space to rent! Looking to sublease to another nonprofit (preferable) or a for profit that fits our culture. Available now-
up to 500 sq feet with two adjacent offices and two other offices if needed (4 total)- also a small open space that can fit three desks. Not included in the 500 st ft is our training room, which offers training up to 30 people (with tables). Rent ranges from $500-$1600, depending on your needs and is all inclusive except for phone lines. Free, ample parking, close to light rail and 25/Alameda exit. Anyone renting this space should make use of the training room as well (since it's included in cost).
Can do a month to month lease. Address is 99 Inca- in the Baker NEighborhood
