Yeah,  it is a novel idea, but sort of odd for a charitable event to be so self limiting as to deny participation to riders who would otherwise like to participate.

It does appear to be for only classic styled motorcycles though.  That kind of limits participation doesn't it.

Wayne, I too plan on riding the, ahem, Distinguished Gentlemen's ride.  Like you, I am not sure what that entails but I like the look!

The Plan is to depart from the Conoco station in Strasburg at 9:00am on September 27 traveling east through the high plains of Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska. Once in Paxton we will be staying at the Paxton Days Inn. Room rates are $69.99 plus tax for 2 Queen/1 King Bed room. Denise and I booked our room for $62.00 with our Wyndham Rewards.

Ole's is a unique place and has been in business since August 9, 1933 which is the day after prohibition in Nebraska came to an end.  Ole's is filled with more than 200 Trophies mounts from the founder's hunting safaris from every continent.

Below you will find information on the Paxton Days Inn, Ole's Big Game Steakhouse and Lounge and the planned route.
