After watching the weather we will have better weather for this year's fall overnight ride to Paxton, Nebraska then we did last year.
At this time we have ten riders. If you plan on riding along and haven't let me know or your plans have changed and you will not be able make the ride please let me know.
I will be make dinner reservations at Ole's Big Game Thursday night. After all Nebraska will be planning Illinois and will need to make sure they have a table for all of us.
Otherwise I will see everyone at the Conoco station in Strasburg Saturday m morning!

This year for the fall overnight ride we will be to traveling to Paxton, Nebraska the weekend of September 27-28, 2014.
The Plan is to depart from the Conoco station in Strasburg at 9:00am on September 27 traveling east through the high plains of Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska. Once in Paxton we will be staying at the Paxton Days Inn. Room rates are $69.99 plus tax for 2 Queen/1 King Bed room. Denise and I booked our room for $62.00 with our Wyndham Rewards.
We will be dining at Ole's Big Game Steakhouse and Lounge in Paxton. Ole's is a unique place and has been in business since August 9, 1933 which is the day after prohibition in Nebraska came to an end. Ole's is filled with more than 200 Trophies mounts from the founder's hunting safaris from every continent.
