[emrat:6293] Re: Yellowstone Camping

Took a family vacation in August of this year.  We stayed at the tent village in Colter Bay at Grand Teton National Park.

The tents are actually hard sided on two sides and canvas on two sides with 4 bunks and a wood stove inside.  You also get a fire pit and picnic table outside.

Charlie and I are planning a trip to yellowstone around the first week of June. I wanted to know all your guys thoughts on campgrounds and the like. We plan on taking a few days to get there and spending at least a day in the park before heading off.

I know they are starting to fill up reservations, and so I would like to book something soon.

Also any recommendations on camping gear are welcome as this will be my first attempt at camping on the bike.
